Done in AutoCAD, this building was used as an introduction to concrete and steel construction. The project focused on accessibility and barrier-free design.
Mixed-Use Baseline Development
This second year project involved making demolition and renovation plans for an existing commerical building in Nepean, Ontario. A second story is added and the major occupancies are changed, along with adding fire protection and updated doors + windows.
